TAYSA will hold its annual mid-year General Meeting on Monday July 6th
at the Townsend Town Hall in Meeting Room 2 from 7-9pm.
The Agenda:
- Schedule for the remainder of the Year
- Items for Fall - new equipment, inventory, uniforms, coaching development etc...
- Website Updates
- Financial Review
- Registration - Fall live reg events, and online processing tools
- Vacant Operating Board Positions (a complete list with responsibilities will be posted before the meeting)
- Squannacook Meadows Development
- Summer Soccer Events
All coaches are encouraged to attend to provide input to scheduling.
Fall travel coaches are required to attend to finalize roster details.
Parents - we need additional volunteers to help in many areas please attend if you can provide some of your time this year. Please send an email to

As an active member of the organization you are strongly encouraged to attend and participate. An active member is any parent of a child registered for the Spring and/or Fall of this year.
